Have a dog who enjoys the finer things in life? Then our VIP Package might be the one for you! Your dog will enjoy private resort lifestyle accommodation in our new pavilion building with its cottage lifestyle, underfloor heating, and Kuranda-style beds! During the day, your dog will have access to our fully fenced dog parks where they can enjoy a romp around with their doggie buddies, swim in our ponds, hunts for frogs and chase the chipmunks! As your dog's safety and fun are of utmost importance to us, dogs enjoy lodgings and dog park access geared to their size and breed; life at their own speed, fast or slow. Social guests can run, play and have fun with compatible best buddies, while shy clients can take their time getting acquainted with their new surroundings.

This package is designed for first time visitors, senior and junior dogs who may need extra care and attention while on their Muskoka vacation.
Puppies – who can resist an adorable puppy? We certainly can't! But we also realize the extra care and attention needed during this crucial learning period. That's why we offer additional puppy perks like socialization with appropriate dogs, baths and nail trim, continued behavioural training and extra quiet time to replenish their batteries! Intact male puppies over six months old must use the special handling dog rate- see below for details.
Senior dogs – many of our doggie OAPs prefer life in the slow lane or simply need a quieter space to relax away from their younger counterparts. We can help keep your senior dog in their familiar routine and offer appropriate dog parks for unsteady legs, extra blankets for sore knees and plenty of belly scratches to keep them happy. If your senior dog also needs medication, don't worry; we have plenty of experience and can ensure they get all the TLC they need.
Dogs with medical needs – include dogs with severe medical conditions that need specialized care.

RUFFN’ IT IN MUSKOKA
“IDEAL FOR SOCIALLY INTERACTIVE REPEAT VISITORS”

Our Ruffn' it in Muskoka package might be the one for your dog if he/she is a frequent user for playdays or overnight stays. He or she is a dog we know well, and who know our resort well. They are socially interactive and skilled in their dog communications and can immediately go into the general population of other Ruff'n It dogs.
Our Ruff'n It dog owners use our online booking for all their needs; purchasing, booking, editing, cancellations, etc.
Our Ruff'n It dogs are the dogs we trust to be introduced to the newbies in the resort, so they get the most opportunities to move around many of the dog parks during the day. They are helping Newbies enjoy their most positive first experiences, while they are having their best times too. Please note: During our busy seasons, our Ruff'n It dogs stay in our older lodge which is further away from the Main Pavilion, so they need to be super secure and happy campers we know are comfortable further away within the older lodge. If you want your dog in the Main Dog Lodge then choose One-Step-Up instead of Ruff'n It.
Open year-round, our Ruff'n It dogs will have access to our fully fenced dog parks where swimming, frog hunting, chasing chipmunks and playing with their doggie friends. When it's time for a well-deserved dog nap, your dog will have unlimited entrance to our dog lodge, where it can curl up on one of our cozy Kuranda-style beds. Your dogs' safety and fun are of utmost importance to us. Dogs enjoy appropriate resort lodgings and dog park access geared to their size and breed; live at their own speed, fast or slow.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Guests are prepaid in full at the time of booking. This is required to ensure that we have a client base that doesn't cancel last minute.
Should you have to cancel for any reason, a credit for the same amount will be put on your customer account for future use that does not expire.
We offer a cage-free Cottage Dog lifestyle where dogs can run, play, swim and have fun within huge, fully fenced dog parks doing what cottage dogs have enjoyed doing for generations. We do our best to ensure all our guests have their best “Playcations.” We cannot guarantee they will not run into a tree get snagged by a branch or a tooth in play. We do our utmost to prevent injuries and report any concerns upon discovery to the dog’s owner, guardian and/or emergency contact. Owners are financially responsible for any veterinary costs due to injury, illness or underlying health issues. Please include any veterinary instructions in your customer/pet profile area. You can upload any pet insurance policies into your pet’s vaccination area as a backup if a need ever arises.

Early Drop off can be prearranged on weekdays between 6:15 am and 7 am with permission and instruction.
** We do not accept guests after 12:45 PM because it’s difficult to acclimate the arriving dog with other resort guests.
LATE ARRIVALS: These can be booked in the peak summer season. Late arrivals ($100 surcharge) so we can employ staff to shift other dogs from hearing guests coming outside our times and meet you at a set time and personally settle the dog into the resort when it arrives outside the regular check-in times. Being cage-free, we have to ensure the happiness of all our guests. If our times don't work, we can recommend a couple of conventional kennels in the area that are cage-free and not as stringent timewise.
* Late arrivals are exceedingly difficult during the winter months due to fewer daylight hours. Dogs need to be acclimatized during daylight hours so they may become familiar with the resort and all its opportunities.
